Who, What, When, Where, Why and How

* Who are your clients. Think about their demographics.
* What does your product / service do better than what already exists on the market.
* When would someone need your product / service.
* Where would they most need or use your product / service.
* Why should they choose your product / service over another one. (or even) Why would they switch from what they are already familiar with.
* How will you provide your product / service and what kind of guarantees are included.
