Yes! Actually I recommend that if you already have a logo, brochure, Ad, or any other material that portrays your company - to provide that content up front. Any existing material already created or designed is helpful in giving a stronger overall relation to the Website.

Yes! Payment plans are offered depending on the total package price, you can split(making 2 total payments) or third(making 3 total payments) the total amount.

There are 3 main things needed to have a Website Online. A domain name, which .com's cost about $15 or less a year. Standard Hosting, which costs about $80 or less a year. And the Website Design itself, which based upon my prices range from $300 to $840 one time fee.

These are the base prices to get a Website Online. Keep in mind there are optional services, such as Maintenance Packages, which can add additional cost to the total price.

Depending on which package you purchase will determine how long the project will take. For example a 5 page Website can take anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks to complete. However a 20 page Website can take anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks.

Furthermore, depending on the number of revisions and modifications you want done thus can also add time to the completion date. However almost all Websites I design are completed on time unless, there is a delay from the client getting all the materials to me.

Honestly that hasn't happened yet. There are several factors that help keep this from ever occurring. We discuss appearance and layout in detail so there isn't any negative surprises when you see the initial draft. Also there is a revision phase where anything misplaced or un-liked is corrected.

However in the rare situation that someone doesn't like the draft presented and the revisions are satisfactory, I do have a Satisfaction Guarantee which protects your best interests.

Excellent Question! After you purchase the Web Design Package, you will receive a content worksheet with several sections to be filled out. It will contain areas such as Page Title, Description, Keywords, Navigation Links, Etc.

Furthermore, you will also provide any Images, Logos, Banners, Videos, Music, or any other kind of media that you would like included on your Website. I can and will customize any of the Media so it fits correctly onto the Website.

Who but yourself knows more about your Business? No one hopefully, that's why it's your Business and not theirs. You know the in's and out's of your services/products a lot better than me or someone else. Therefore you are the one who writes the content, because - you can better describe and explain important key factors that will help sell yourself.

I do proofread all content along with checking for spelling and grammar errors. Additionally, if there's a better way to phrase something I review any suggestions I have.

There are 2 ways which we communicate. The initial consultation starts over the phone because there are too many specifics that need to be confirmed. Then, preferably, almost all other requests or questions for design and modification should be through email so I have record of everything discussed. However if there needs to be more clarification on something then a phone call would be placed. However, you can contact me either way at any time.
